Student-Centered Learning

Victory teaches to the whole child--academics, language and communication, social/emotional skill development, self-determination--using innovative practices, research-based techniques, and person-centered planning.

Victory honors the dignity of all students, offering a loving and nurturing environment that marries the student’s natural affinities and interests with individualized educational instruction.

Differentiated Communication Systems

Victory focuses on the development of functional communication systems for all, differentiating techniques to ensure an effective strategy for every student (expressive speech, written, augmentative and alternative devices, typing, and visual systems).

Meaningful Relationships with Others

Victory fosters life-long meaningful relationships between students and their peers, families, teachers, community members, and employers through instruction of social skills and communication.

Sensory Focused

Victory believes that sensory regulation plays a key role in student success, and thus, creates an environment that considers each student’s sensory needs.

Victory promotes the development of daily living skills, executive functioning, and social cognition through evidence-based methods applied across numerous environments.
