Jade recently moved to Oregon, relocating from the Bay Area, where he spent most of his life. Jade graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a BS in Cognitive Neuroscience in 2013. After college, he found himself wanting to work with children with special needs. He found his calling in ABA as a Lead Behavior interventionist at a private company in the Bay Area, working with children with Autism in home, clinic and school settings. After he realized this work was what he wanted to turn into a career, he began working on his Masters in Special Education with an area of focus of ABA at Ball State University.
After getting married to his high school sweetheart, who lived in Portland during their engagement, they decided to settle down in the Great Northwest. Recently, Jade has also worked as a K-2 Social Emotional Behavior Paraprofessional with children of varying diagnoses.
In his free time, Jade enjoys weightlifting, exploring the Northwest, and spending time with his wife and corgi!
