Kiely Corti

Classroom Teacher

kiely feldmanKiely Corti moved to Portland in 2010 after earning a B.S. in Environmental Conservation Studies from University of New Hampshire. She joined the Victory Academy staff, in the Summer of 2013, following her completion of a Masters in Special Education from Portland State University. Kiely is a dual licensed teacher in both special and general education (PreK-8).

Kiely was introduced to teaching children with autism while working as a substitute teacher on the East Coast. When she re-located to Portland, Kiely was hired to work with a family whose youngest son is affected by Autism. This experience, Kiely says, "altered her entire world." Today, Kiely's teaching is powered by love, laughter, and the belief that all children can become meaningful members of their communities.

When Kiely is not learning alongside her students, she likes to spend time with her family. Kiely enjoys traveling, hiking, and eating great food.

For the 2015-2016 school year, Kiely works in the Victory Prep Program and provides support to the Victory Transition Program.
