Oregon’s only year-round school for children, teens, and young adults with Autism and related learning differences.

Cindy Hutchison

Co-Lead Teacher

Cindy HutchisonCindy was born in New Jersey, but she has lived in Virginia, California and now Oregon. Her work with children started in her church’s preschool which grew into opening her own in-home daycare. While working full-time and raising her family, Cindy returned to school in 2007 where she pursued Psychology, earning a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Phoenix. She then completed her Master’s in Education through George Fox University as well as a reading endorsement in 2010.

Cindy has taught in a wide range of settings with a variety of student needs. She felt herself ‘finding a home’ in teaching students with Autism, as she was led more and more down that path in her career. She has found the perfect pairing of amazing students and a committed caring staff at Victory.

Cindy and her husband moved to Oregon in 2000 and enjoy spending time with their children, hiking, exploring, and playing all kinds of games together. She is an avid reader who enjoys finding shared reading interests in her students.
